How do I configure a proxy?
Open Settings → Network/Proxy, enter the proxy address and port, and add username/password if required. Click Save, then run Settings → Updates → Check now to confirm it works.
Notes: The proxy is used for activation, database updates, and Internet Security lookups. If updates fail after setting a proxy, verify the credentials, make sure the proxy allows HTTPS traffic, or contact your network admin.
