What scan should I start with?

Start with Standard for a quick check. If issues remain or you suspect something deeper, run a Full scan. Use Custom to target a folder or USB disks for removable media.

The virus keeps coming back after I remove it.
This usually means a startup task, malicious extension, or policy keeps restoring it. Do this:

  1. Update definitions and run a Full scan.

  2. Use Reset Browser Settings (homepage, search engine, proxy/HOSTS, extensions).

  3. Reboot when prompted.
    If it still returns, send us the scan report and we’ll help trace the persistence mechanism.
