Do I need internet to use the app?
You can run scans and remove threats while offline - Trojan Killer doesn’t require a constant connection for basic cleaning.
However, you’ll need internet access to activate your license and to download the latest threat definitions, which we recommend before each scan for the best detection rate. If you must scan offline, that’s fine; just update as soon as you’re back online to catch newly emerged threats.
Network issues during update/activation usually resolve by checking your connection or allowing the app through your firewall/proxy.
